Joey is an up and coming surfer out of Bethany Beach / Isabela PR. He has been surfing his whole life, and he is REALLY good. In the winter time he lives in Isabella Purto Rico and hones in his surfing skills.

Made the Puerto Rican Junior National Surfing Team
He Had the highest heat total of the U16 ISA Junior World Surfing Championships
Qualified to represent Delmarva in the ESA Eastern Surfing Championship
